Decision on Development Conditions
A Development Permit (WZ) is an administrative decision issued by the Municipal Office or City Hall, specifying whether a planned construction project can be implemented on a given plot of land and the basic principles for its implementation. A development permit is necessary when a local development plan (MPZP) is not applicable for the area. It's important to remember that, although the procedure for obtaining development permits is not complicated, it can be time-consuming, negatively impacting the construction commencement date. Attention to detail is particularly important when obtaining development permits.
