Building Information Modeling

3D Building Information Modeling - Shape
BIM is an abbreviation of the English term Building Information Modeling. BIM is a modern technology and work method in the construction industry, which involves creating and managing digital 3D models of construction objects. BIM is not only a design tool, but also an integrated process that supports cooperation between all specialists involved in the design, construction and operation of facilities. Studio BGG team has a wide range of design experience in Archicad, 3ds Max and Revit systems.

4D BIM - Time
4D BIM is an extension of traditional building information modeling (BIM) with a time dimension. This means that in addition to the three-dimensional model of the facility, 4D BIM integrates time information, enabling the creation of a simulation of the construction process in the context of the schedule and sequence of works. By applying 4D BIM technology; investors, designers and contractors can plan, manage and monitor construction progress on the daily basis. Studio BGG has experience in sequencing the investment process and construction works based on the Primavera P6 and Synchro 4D systems.

5D BIM - Costs
5D BIM is the next stage in the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, which combines 3D modeling with cost analysis, creating a more complex and comprehensive construction project management system. In 5D BIM, in addition to 3 dimensions and time, data on costs related to the construction and operation of the facility are also taken into account.

6D BIM - Performance
6D BIM is the next stage of BIM technology advancement, which integrates sustainability management and building lifecycle management in the context of operation and maintenance. 6D BIM extends the previous dimensions to include data on energy efficiency, environmental management, as well as long-term building maintenance costs.

7D BIM - Risk Management
7D BIM is the next step in the development of BIM technology, which expands the existing dimensions to additional risk management and a long-term development strategy for the facility. 7D BIM technology combines sustainable development with forecasting operational and economic risks at every stage of the construction cycle and facility operation.
