Our project control and program management skills are used to monitor projects on behalf of a range of clients. We offer a service that provides regular on-site progress reviews to determine project status and potential deviations from planned position. This role is independent of the delivery team and is offered on behalf of the Employer as an independent verification role. This role ensures that appropriate governance procedures are implemented for the various fund release models.
